Weird #AB related thought: #CPP is the #Canadian Pension Plan. Marlaina has stopped talking about getting #Albertan s' share to give to oil companies, because the legal challenges to such a claim are fairly insurmountable, and would likely cost more than could be recouped.

The process for seceding from Canada is defined, and AB helped create it. It will be long. It will almost certainly require giving up all claims to CPP by secessionists for themselves and their descendants.

Marlaina does not get to take away #Albertan's Charter Rights. It is clearly an attempt to force the Supreme Court of Canada to limit her inevitable use of the #Notwithstanding, and thus 'justify' the fall Referendum question.

#albertan here… many of us are very aware that foreign money is pouring into the movement, and that the potential created by the division is being exploited by bad actors, sometimes just for clicks and $ but also for more nefarious purposes.
