Not-going-to-bed, because "I should probably go to bed" ... it's 1:30am and I haven't actually *done* any of the fun things I wanted to. Because even just wanting to do something (even a special interest / music hobby) feels like a (subconscious) demand. #PDA sucks!

Any #actuallyautic people find tbemselves upsetting people by not doing something they’ve been implicitly asked to do? Recently I keep not doing things because I didn’t notice I was being asked- though afterwards I can see I should have been able to make the connection. This happens with my family (who are all have autism diagnoses, which I don’t) - so wonder if this is autism or if I just need to try harder to understand.
