@Gustodon - yes! As in almost all of my visual work, I use a combination of different analogue and digital techniques. It often starts with a pencil drawing, which I overlay in Procreate and fill in in Photoshop with textures generated by AI. I am inspired by fantasy in a broad sense and also like to make drawings in which I introduce the cats I know as superheroes in their own fantasy tales. 😉

They’re not the spooky kind, just quiet reminders that people around her are carrying things you can’t always see. Chronic pain, mental illness, neurological differences, trauma, fatigue. They don’t show up on the outside, but they’re very real.
This comic is a reminder that people are fighting battles you’ll never notice unless you’re looking. It’s the person who needs the elevator, the one who avoids eye contact, the one who looks fine but sits down a lot. We see you ❤️
