My Achilles is achillin me today 🤣🤣😅🥲

I haven’t talked about it really here but I am 13 weeks post op on my Achilles rupture and heel spur removal surgery. Progressing a lot in my recovery, which is great, but man some days are better than others when it comes to the stiffness and pain. I just wanna be able to run again 😭
