💜 There is some swelling in the carpometacarpal (thumb joint closest to the wrist) of my left hand. Still, pain is not as bad as it was in both hands. Grateful. 💉 🖐️

💜 Listened to my favorite music all day today. Realized I'm stuck in the 90s/00s. I need to listen to new music. 🎶 🎸

💜 Could only get thru half of the Frankenstein movie last night. Not really impressed. Will watch the rest later. 🎥

My left index finger has decided it wants to be straight & refuses to bend.

This started yesterday morning & continues today.

I believe it’s called #tenosynovitis. I get it off & on with my #arthritis but usually it will give me some relief after a few hours (it hurts) & bend a little.

Tenosynovitis of the Achilles tendons is an inflammation of the sheath that surround the tendon. Usually it provokes pain and interferes with the smooth gliding of the tendon through the sheath. Inflammation may directly damage the tendon, eventually leading to a tendon rupture.

#BikeStreak, Day 47 (Friday): A work-from-home day. After lunch I rode to occupational therapy for my thumb's #tenosynovitis (seems to be caused by the Bowden wire lever of my #Brompton's e-bike conversion 😖) and afterwards back again: 8.3km

In the evening I rode to @Venty's hobby room "Stuido" for dinner at https://lotus.garden/ and to fix the https://www.hackerfunk.ch/ website. (Hoster upgraded to new PHP version. 🙄) I actually rode back on Saturday morning around 5am: 13km
