Date - 30 September 2025 Since the 1 February 2021 coup, a total of (7,310) people, including pro-democracy activists and civilians, have been killed by the junta and pro-military groups during the Spring Revolution. Since the coup, a total of (29,754) people have been arrested by the junta in relation to its seizure of power. (22,464) are currently in detention, (11,134) of whom are serving sentences. These are the numbers verified by the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP). The actual numbers are likely much higher. We will continue to update accordingly. Since 1 February 2021 coup 6,589 people have been killed & 29,094 people arrested by the junta’s seizure of power. 22,187 are in detention, 10,789 are serving sentences.
April 1 to 30, 2025, the junta killed (96) people in total; (48) women and (48) men, across the country, including (21) children under the age of 18.
