30YrdScreamerLimoncello getting finished off today. Everything sterilised and I'm now filtering the mixture through a coffee filter as it is all I have. It's taking a while but I'm in no rush. Looking forward to the finished result 🙂

I think we called them 'jam busters' as a kid. Don't have a recipe so I winged it, with a general thumbprint-cookie recipe, tweaked a few different ways and rolled in cornflakes.

Two frozen ALDI products, potato bake and cauliflower bake are cooking in the oven. Roast pork loin with crackling is accompanied in the air fryer by wedges of pumpkin and onion, the latter will be mushed into the gravy with the meat juices. I’ll be cooking carrots and green beans with a bit of herb butter in a steamer thingie in the nuclear tucka-fucka. I’ll use that to heat up some ham, too. There will be a few days of leftovers.
There is gin and fruity flavoured soda water.
