In 1999, I wrote an article about Xbat. It is a Xevious clone which appears to use Xevious graphics. (I tend to avoid games doing copyright infringement now or replace the graphics myself.) The site for the game is gone. Looks like it is still packaged in *bsd and aur. Based on running it on my machine I suspect it is unplayable. Even at "high speed" it is too fast and collisions don't seem to be occurring. #gamedev #xbat
