I think I'm at last getting my head around self-editing. I'm cutting out filter-words in both my manuscripts. Small changes making a big difference.
2 days in a row of writing 500 words. The streak has started.
Still want to get more written today, but we’ll see what the kids let me get away with.

My son recently watched A Nightmare Before Christmas and lots of holiday #romcoms and has now requested a Halloween/Christmas gothic vampire romcom called A Count for Christmas to be serialised over advent. So that's what I #AmWriting frantically for the week ahead.
Obviously there will be a Big City protagonist stuck in a snowed-in castle helping its mysterious foreign owner with his festive project. What else should I include?
