A long but good day. Conducted a fantastic interview for an upcoming #WorldOfFood magazine column (and looking forward to the recipe!), visited the Cardaparents (first time since October!), and did some shopping (got the suet for the Christmas Pudding (late, I know, but a 9day cure is better than shop bought)).

Home now. Tired, but happy.
