Niels K.@xenodium I know that Borneo long ago I could open an org-file in my roam-director that is in #WorkingCopy and follow links. Now every time I try to follow a link it asks me to grant access to the folder with the target and the nothing happens. Doing it again will just ask me again for permission. Any idea what could have changed or how I can debug this?
FishdI spent an hour or two rearranging the home screens on my #iPad Pro the other day… and I find myself reaching for it a lot more as a result… a lot tidier and less clutter make it more pleasant to use and a judicious smattering of home screen widgets help to make it really useful.
Along with a few key apps #Ivory, #shellfish, #workingcopy, #wireguard, adding home screen icons for my most used web apps and it’s become quite productive again.
I just need to find a sensibly priced replacement for #screens … they’ve gone subscription and while I tend to buy lifetime licenses for a lot of my apps, I’m not sure it’s worth $129 to me, I only really use it in emergencies… especially as I’m reckoning that that will be a lifetime licenses for Screens5 … Screens6 will probably be a different product and therefore a different license. Anyone have any recommendations for an app that can do VNC AND Apple Remote Desktop (ideally with curtain support and all the other goodness) … if it can also do RDP then all the better.
I’m still on the 2018 11” iPad Pro, and it’s working really well… looks like it’ll be supported for #iOS26 as well, which is pretty crazy.
