My lunch was very cabbage filled today! One of my go to meals is cooked cabbage and soy chorizo with a bit of maple syrup. I like to put rice with it, but I'll eat it on its own. Today I paired it with a quick coleslaw I made the other night and tomatoes.

Those tomato bits were so good with the slaw sauce I made and the sweet spicy of my cabbage and soy chorizo hash!

Whew...got to bed halfway early last night, as in before 11:00. Slept all night, had odd but non-disturbing dreams, and my bladder woke me up just before my alarm. Now I'm prepping some bean soup to simmer, and making a bran loaf for snacks. Got some RPGing to do this afternoon, then I'll make cole slaw for the week ahead. Bean soup, cole slaw, and pickles for lunch this week...with some fruit for dessert. #DoingBetter #SundayCooking #WorkLunches
