"Exhausted one evening in Shanghai, so I stayed in the hotel and ordered a takeaway burger from Beef and Liberty. I rarely eat burgers and only feel in the mood for them on very rare occasions. But this was a stunner: a ‘double royale with cheese’ with truffle mayonnaise. Utterly delicious. All grass-fed New Zealand beef. AND the chips were still hot and crisp when they arrived; nice salad and cold lemony drink. Also, although delivered food is always horrendously wasteful in terms of packaging, this was mostly cardboard with very little plastic, so much much better than the norm.
