the #email web interface https://webmail.servus.at (running the software: #horde) is currently unreachable/spits mistakes. You can however fetch your email via roundcube, or set up an email client.

Roundcube, another browser-based email interface that we operate, works: https://webmail.servus.at/mail/. You can access it with the same username & password you use for horde webmail. Please keep in mind that in roundcube you cannot setup or manage your email filters or forwarding.

Apparently RoundCube webmail now has "mandatory public_html/ entry point" and I'm trying to work out what that means and how to work with it.

I run a VPS. I don't bother with `public_html` for everything. Every website has its directory that is for the public HTML. I don't need a per-site directory _and_ a public_html directory.

But apparently the upgrade might break my system for a while until I work out the change of config required 🙄

Depuis que j’ai migré sur #Infomaniak, je me retrouve avec mes boites mails habituelles en IMAP. L’import a l’air de s’être pas trop mal passé, mais je ne suis pas fan de la gestion de ce protocole par #thunderbird.
J’ai figé les boites qui étaient en POP3 et je continue seulement en #webmail depuis la transition, ce qui implique aussi des limitations.

Là, je suis en train de me demander si #BetterBird ne serait pas mieux.

Y a des retours d’expérience ?

Roundcube (webmailer) hat neulich eine neue Version veröffentlicht: 1.7.0

Offenbar wurde sehr viel Arbeit rein gesteckt, das möchte ich anerkennen.

Allerdings gibt mind. eine gravierende Änderung: Roundcube braucht jetzt einen eigenen vHost, weil die Anwendung selber in einen Unterverzeichnis liegt und dieses Unterverzeichnis der neue document_root sein soll.
Also eine Anwendung, die plötzlich nicht mehr in einem Unterverzeichnis betrieben werden soll oder wenn doch, dadurch unsicher wird. Sehr schade.

Muss ich mich also auf die Suche nach einem anderen Webmailer machen. Welchen kannst du empfehlen?
