Im actually tempted to replace the acrylic panels on my Voron 2.4 350 with wood and foam board so I basically have an insulated chamber sans the door which I would leave acrylic.
Has anyone seen that done before, could they recommend?
Trey FordhamAfter **WEEKS** of inconsistent z heights on my #voron2, a #voron24, I finally sat down and decided to check out what was happening. As it turned out replacing my entire #klipper config to the stock FYSETC didn't help. Playing around with my klicky and making sure that was perfect didn't make a difference. What did matter was the fact that my nozzle had about a millimeter of play up and down which completely ruined all of my Z homing. Tightened up all parts of the hotend and now we're gold.
My new printer breaths, and well spits, plastic... it needs all the tuning still this print is rough as hell and I need to go ahead and finish putting the skirts and panels on it but the voron known as hulk lives

Max velocity set to 300mm/s, only really achieve this on infill, but it's great fun to watch a Voron print gyroid infill at speed.
Next up is a benchy with max velocity at 450mm/s
Testing some cheap ABS I got, print quality looks good so far.
