Visible mending - the v-neckline of this blouse wasn't well made, so it started fraying fairly soon.

Covered it with embroidery thread and some simple stitches (someone wants to tell me what the English or German name of this stitch is? Please do!). It's not super visible given that the thread color blends with the rest of the blouse, but it's also very much not hiding.

Finally worked up the courage to make my first patch on my years-old, commercially made and purchased, but still beloved, quilted comforter. It is … extremely imperfect, but when I get better at this I can always redo it, if it bothers me. For now I find it kind of charming? #VisibleMending

(I will not be showing the reverse side of the quilt, don't @ me about that 😂)

I have moderate knitting skills and very little understanding of sewing terminology, but can probably do anything I am able to look up.

It's cotton and viscose, and I'm fine with it being all black since the white slub probably isn't replicable. I don't know what thread/yarn I need, or what tools.

I also have some fingering weight rainbows I would like the look of if superwash merino wouldn't warp too much?

Un poco #visiblemending, y un poco #ganchillo #crochet. Y, no recuerdo ahora el día, pero ¿había por aquí un día semanal de lucir #calcetines?

Al llevarlos pisas algo más blandito, claro, pero el objetivo es sobre todo acelerar el remiendo, porque cuando he zurcido una patata de esas que empieza a asomar buena parte del talón me tiro la vida con el hilo, y digo bueno, esto es como un hilo pero XXL, funcionará igual (?).
