Tried some visible mending with the honeycomb stitch. It’s a small hole, torn by a cats claw, about 3mm. I used a thin yarn but as a double strand.
MarThe weekend was rainy so I spent some time mending my favorite skirt. I have no idea what I'm doing, but I can confirm there are no holes now. The pocket area is starting to be more patches than skirt, though 🤭
It used to be my daily skirt, then my hiking skirt, then my gardening skirt, now the "let's learn visible mending" skirt. I really like it.
