At Davos, Mark Carney warns the rules-based order has ruptured, urges middle powers to stop pretending, build shared resilience, and wield values-based realism to confront great-power coercion.

🇫🇮 Happened to hear Finland's president for the first time.

He uses about 60 seconds to explain his concept of 'Values-Based Realism', which sounds similar to my concept of 'Values-Based Federation'.  

Caveat; having only listened to him for a few minutes I can't say that I otherwise agree or disagree with president Stubb's politics.
