Yesterday, Williams Corner Wine had their #PortfolioTasting and it was cool. New wines, producers from across Europe, allocated wines, special things from Louis Dressner Selections, plus the “premiere” of a Crystal City Wine friend, Patois Cider, to their book!
@AlexGBardsley @Matt5sean3 Here’s some options that we have in stock currently (and that I’d recommend, if you walked in to the Shop right now):
🍎 Troddenvale Foggy Ridge Cider Orchard - one of their Grower Series ciders. Single Orchard Sparkling. Native yeast fermented in neutral oak. Nothing added, including sulfites.
🍎 Troddenvale Kieffer Country Wine - not actually wine, but a pear cider! 77% Kieffer Pear, 23% Dolgo Crabapple. Floral with natural pear sweetness on the end. Native yeast fermented. Nothing added.
🍎 Patois Infinite Canon - solera aged Sparkling cider. Patrick doesn’t add anything and makes clean, expressive ciders that speak of terroir.
🍎 Albemarle Cider Works Pomme Mary - semi-dry tropical fruit profile #cider from a place.
