JohnnyMac 🌲🌲@sam worker co-ops benefit from unionization by linking into the larger Labour movement. This helps them move policy to better their industry and also access other benefits. Having a collective bargaining agreement helps co-ops engage best practices for healthy workplaces (not investors) and frees up the board to focus on strategy and mission. Co-ops help unions by showing the value of organizational democracy and providing a safe and benevolent workplace. #unioncoops
