The United States Postal Service is considering a rule change that would allow anyone to send handguns through the mail for the first time in nearly 100 years.

My wife had a delivery that was delayed for over a month because the package kept going to our regional center and then out to various other places not remotely close to ours. It only stopped when a postal supv. intervened and DROVE to the reg center personally.
