Yes of course the UN can be reinvigorated and much needed changes can be enacted. The general Assembly can do this by bending the rules and stepping up to fund the organisation properly. After all, members of the #SecurityCouncil have been bending/breaking rules for decades, so what’s stopping the #Assembly from turfing out the Council and rework the regs to make for a better organisation?
