AGI - Il presidente Donald Trump ha rivendicato il "ritorno del sogno americano". "Per anni non abbiamo più parlato di sogno americano. Adesso molte più persone hanno ottimi lavori oggi più che in ogni altro periodo nella storia. Il nostro Paese è rispettato in tutto il mondo, avete appena visto in Cina, lo avete visto in Venezuela e lo vedete ora in Iran", ha detto nel suo messaggio rivolto ai cadetti dell'accademia della Guardia costiera, in Connecticut. Il merito che il leader di Washington si attribuisce è di "avere messo l'America al primo posto, cosa che non facevamo da molto tempo", respingendo le critiche di chi sostiene che gli Usa stiano combattendo in Medio Oriente una guerra voluta dal suo alleato, Israele.

Trump, che parlato da un podio circondato da vetri antiproiettile alti più di due metri con decine di agenti del Secret Service in presidio, ha anche invitato i cadetti della Guardia costiera a non arrendersi mai. "Mi impressiona vedere dietro a questo suo sgangherato muoversi linguistico, quasi delirante, e lasciamo stare quello detto al Papa, un gruppo di persone che non si impressionano ma continuano a seguirlo. Nelle scuole italiane sta spopolando un nuovo fenomeno: le “Penne dell’Amicizia”. Gli studenti non si limitano più a scrivere sui quaderni, ma collegano le penne dei compagni con carta arrotolata e scotch, costruendo vere e proprie installazioni che uniscono più banchi. Il risultato è un mix di creatività, caos controllato e incredulità dei professori, mentre i video del trend conquistano TikTok.
Il divieto di cellulari ha spinto gli studenti ad aguzzare il proprio ingegno, creando questo nuovo passatempo. Come segnala Skuola.net, i video mostrano ragazzi intenti a prendere diligentemente appunti maneggiando queste “armi di distrazione di massa”, che spesso invadono tre o quattro postazioni adiacenti. La costruzione richiede fogli di quaderno arrotolati , magari proprio quelli di una verifica andata male, e metri di nastro adesivo, incastrando i coni di carta l’uno nell’altro fino a fissare una normale penna a sfera. Si parte dalla versione “semplice” con un solo studente, fino ai modelli avanzati a due, tre o quattro postazioni.
La comicità nasce dal contrasto tra disciplina apparente e caos creativo. I ragazzi scrivono davvero, ma orchestrando tralicci di carta lunghi anche due metri sotto il naso del docente. La didascalia tipica dei video spiega il tutto: “Quando ci sgridano ma noi stiamo semplicemente scrivendo con la nostra penna dell’amicizia”. Tecnicamente fanno il loro dovere, ma praticamente distraggono tutti gli altri compagni.
I professori, alle prese con banchi trasformati in tralicci e penne che si allungano come ponti sospesi, non possono fare altro che scuotere la testa. Ma per gli studenti le Penne dell’Amicizia restano un piccolo capolavoro di creatività: un modo per rendere più leggere le lezioni, rafforzare la complicità tra compagni e conquistare qualche risata… mentre il docente prova a spiegare i logaritmi tra un cono di carta e l’altro.

Era il 17 luglio 2024 quando la piccola Anisa Murati, sette anni, annegò nel bioparco AcquaViva di Caraglio (Cunero). La Procura di Cuneo ha chiesto il rinvio a giudizio per sei persone, tra animatrici, gestori e tecnici, accusati di “imprudenza, negligenza e imperizia”. Alla base delle contestazioni, spicca un dettaglio che per gli inquirenti sarebbe stato fatale: il braccialetto che Anisa indossava al polso era arancione, riservato ai nuotatori, anziché verde, destinato ai più piccoli. Le due animatrici che seguivano la comitiva sono accusate anche di non aver allertato tempestivamente i soccorsi. La piccola era stata ritrovata in fin di vita a due metri di profondità in uno dei laghi balneabili del bioparco. I soccorritori avevano tentato di salvarle la vita, ma le loro manovre di rianimazione erano purtroppo risultate inutili.
Non si tratta, però, di una dimenticanza isolata. Il gestore del parco, Roberto Manzi, è indagato per un documento di valutazione dei rischi considerato “carente”, mentre il progettista Stefano Ferrari e il responsabile dell’ufficio tecnico comunale, Graziano Viale, sono accusati di falsità nei certificati di regolare esecuzione dei lavori, giudicati non corrispondenti al progetto esecutivo approvato. Mancavano presidi di sicurezza essenziali e cartellonistica chiara, in particolare per segnalare profondità e pendenza del bacino.
Anche il parroco di Demonte, don Fabrizio Della Bella, figura tra gli indagati: pur non essendo presente quel giorno ad AcquaViva, secondo il pubblico ministero avrebbe autorizzato la partenza della comitiva senza preavviso e con un numero insufficiente di accompagnatori. La comunità della valle Stura resta segnata dal dolore, con i ricordi della bambina che sorridente partecipava alle attività estive e il senso di incredulità per una morte così evitabile. L’udienza preliminare, ancora da fissare dal gup di Cuneo, sarà il primo passo per accertare le responsabilità e fare luce sulle mancanze che hanno trasformato una giornata di gioco in tragedia.
