Today is the anniversary of the day I finally quit Twitter.
It was difficult. I'd had the account since 2010 and the early days were good. Learning to filter, block and report helped. I thought it hit bottom when Musk bought it, but he dragged it lower. For a while I hoped he'd get bored and sell, but no.
I rarely used it, even made my account private.
And then one day, checking my export download, planning to delete by the end of year, I thought, "Aw, hell, just kill it."
