FWIW - I try to spend 30 minutes every day emailing Canadian MPs, MLAs and civil servants to get off X and FB.

I always include a link to @elena on how to get started with hosting an instance.

Anything to stem the misinfo by the worst of the worst from some of the plonkers south of us like Musk, Zuckerberg and Bezos.
