DIY HRT info for trans folks:
For transmascs, a friend from the UK recommended simply going to bodybuilder/steroid subreddits and checking which brands/suppliers seems reputable and then ordering from them. Get needles online. Get bloodwork done independently if poss. Lots of DIY info incl dosage here: https://diyhrt.wiki/transmasc This friend used UK-specific subreddits but I'm assuming it will work the same for US folks.

inform yourself about the legal risks which is not to say you shouldn’t take them, just that you should know your rights.
If you have Planned Parenthood in your state, get your HRT there. Planned Parenthood offers Informed Consent and even offers HRT at a discount if you don't have insurance.
stay safe, try to stockpile while you can, get your passport sorted/renewed just in case
