I'd rather use #mute, which is not invasive like #block.

The thing many users don't realize is that the effect of blocking is transitive — It affects not just the #toodler's timeline, but also that of all FOLLOWERS who might not have given their permission to the toddler to hide posts and posters from them when they decided to follow that account.

It wasn't even a "chat" originally as it was not with anybody specific. OP was expressing an opinion publicly on social media as most of us do.

Which is the problem.

When one PUBLICLY celebrates blacklisting of another with #toodles instead of silently muting them, no harm in calling it out publicly.

#VigilanteJustice means different things in different circumstances, which is why I tagged it. You can look up what I mean 🙂

In this case, the #toodler has #ActuallyAutistic in her bio. She knows that the shorthand "I'm autistic" is ACTUALLY used by unscrupulous users
