Summer is roaring, with temperatures easily exceeding 32°C this early afternoon in NE #Switzerland.
Two days ago, I spotted a #crayfish in our local river, the #Toess. Before I knew it, the critter started to shed its skin - or armour much rather. Fascinating to witness that!
I recovered the empty shell to take some pics of it after. Got some strong Alien vibes, doesn't it? #nature
