@revoluciana ahhh, yeah I've had that problem as well. Thunderbird for Android attempts to auto-select which folders (on the servers) correspond to which email folders (on the phone), and for certain email providers it just craps out.
Here's a short guide:
1. Open the sidebar
2. Open settings
3. Tap the email account experiencing issues
4. Tap the 'folders' submeny
5. Change all folders from 'automatic (none)' to the correct corresponding folder.
