after #Telegramgate broke, a major protest march was organized by students and feminist groups. about 100,000 Puerto Ricans showed up, which is not unheard, and so the political elites downplayed it.

but as the cacelorazos went by, day in and day out, and unions, civic organizations, churches, and celebrities like Bad Bunny and Ricky Martín joined the cause, a second march was called and 1 MILLION PUERTO RICANS SHOWED UP.
