The shadowy teapot spouts point the way!🫖
Nice cold sunny day for exploring some newish forestry tracks. around Ardura in Mull, looking for new outcrops. Nothing very exciting, but here's a wee grey basalt cone-sheet cutting paler enigmatic fragmental rocks, which might be Triassic conglomerates with Moine gneiss clasts, or Paleocene mass-flow deposits derived from Triassic conglomerates and Moine gneisses.
Saw the most stylish teapot in this universe last night.
Pewter, asymetric knob on hinged lid, wooden handle.
(It poured well.)
"Bigger on the inside..."

Each of these charming towers evoke a sense of place through their unique designs. Not only are they a source of local pride, but often a tourist attraction that draws visitors to area. In addition, many are wonderful examples of adaptive reuse of historic water towers for cultural placemaking purposes.
