I'm actually more intrigued by the conundrum of not naming #Hamas as state actor.
A terror regime like Hamas or Putler's Kremlins or #Taleban in #Afghanistan , #Assad in #Syria– if state_actor-hood is denied to Hamas, it applies to the others, as well. One might also include Bibis regime. His clinging to office and avoiding jail is the main reason that Israel's war is so stretched out. The far-right wants to eliminate everyone in Gaza, and in West Bank, too. Had they not been hampered by Bibi's power play, Israel's response to the attack would have been / could have been just as or more brutal – and swift.
It was a mistake to keep him in power after October 7th. It was immediately obvious that it was his decision to not heed multiple warnings of a major Hamas attack. The attack was good for him. His decision – for the sake of his obnoxious far-right power play. And IDF of course. IDF degraded to a Wagner-equivalent in the far-right climate in Israel.

States belonging to the Free and Democratic Coalition
follow rules
You cannot overtrow a foreign government
even if it is disgusting cruel and dictatorial that enslaves its citizens
This is why there are states such as North Korea, Iran, Belarus, Russia and… others
this is why #taleban exist
Only the citizens themselves have the authority to eliminate dictatorships
if they don't...
nothing can be done.
