Got both of these done and delivered.

Keyboard replacement on the ThinkPad T580 is not difficult. Decent physical design. Just three screws to loosen on the back of the laptop and then the keyboard slides back a bit and lifts out. I had a replacement keyboard in stock.

Nun schon mal auf eine 2TB SSD aufgestockt.
Nun überlege ich mir ob ich mal ne neue Linux Distro als Dual Boot(Windows, Linux) raufmache (bisher war ich bei Ubuntu).

Erster Plan war auf Linux Mint zu wechseln da funktioniert jedoch das WWAN Modul nicht.

Soll ich bei Ubuntu bleiben, oder was würdet ihr empfehlen?

Letzte Woche habe ich mir ein "neues" #secondhand #thinkpad #t580 gekauft. Bin sehr zufrieden (Zustand und Preis top) und hat sogar ein WWAN Modul. Jetzt noch eine grössere 2TB SSD reinmachen und evtl. Etwas mehr RAM (wobei, für Linux auch 16GB ganz okay sind).
