The #USA appears to be beyond #meltdown.
It is the #dystopia none but the #insane wants to #experience.
The #bravest #quote from a #blog I read this morning:
"How much do the #taxpayers have to pay for a #fascist #country?"

"Ooooohhhhh, sorry Mayor...that national emergency notification program was de-funded last week.
And really now, who still uses landlines???"

After the meltdown…
Last Tuesday, I had an autistic meltdown. It wasn’t pretty, it didn’t take too long, but the aftermath… It took quite some time… The anger, the disappointment, the sadness, it all kept lingering within me, and I kept being on the edge for some time, because I just didn’t have the spoons to process it all. It took quite a while before I actually “cooled down” enough to not be triggered anymore by the thoughts of what had happened. I mentioned a bit of it all in my previous blog of last Wednesday (Trauma, Grief, Depression, Self pity…), should you wanna know what caused it all.
But it all happened on Tuesday early evening. I didn’t have the best night, as I had some weird dreams, probably due to the meltdown happenings. When I chatted about it with some people the next day, I noticed that I still had some feelings of anger bubbling in the back of my brain. But what to do now, how should I try to recover?

Sehr spannend:
Die 3 oder 4 Stufen des Zusammenbruchs (bei #Autismus) ... vom "Delayed After Effekt" habe ich so noch nie gehört, kommt mir persönlich aber sehr bekannt vor.
