@tek @smallerdemon Costco started carrying #SweeTango this season. I tried and immediately got confused - what did I find so special about this #apple before. It tasted like any other cookiecutter apple they carry. Then I went to a local #orchard last weekend and tried the sweetangos from the tree. No, I was right, turns out #Costco ones are complete fake and disappointment.

I don't visit #Michigan very often, but interestingly I came there about 5 years ago for conference in Grand Rapids and the first billboard I saw leaving the airport was #SweeTango. It really warmed my heart.
Then again, Eastern Michigan is the #FruitBelt so... 😅

I'm well aware #Honeycrisp is from here and at the risk of explaining my joke, I was implying that it's the most palatable so that's why it is very popular even outside of here 😀
#SweeTango is a hybrid of #Honeycrisp and #Zestar, so I'm not really as much as a hater as I'm pretending to be 😅
