DAY 28 We started Budapest cake (a meringue roll with cream and mandarins) and biskvis (almond paste cookie, chocolate butter cream and covered in chocolate). Getting the butter cream on top of the cookie was the hardest part of the day. I hope we get everything done tomorrow because I need some cake for the weekend. #Baking #BakerySchool #SwedishPastries
