Traditional hats made of felt and still worn by Svaneti an men. The black one is worn in mourning for the deceased. The felt cap on the right is an older, larger typ for everyday wear.

Cemetery 🪦 plot in the mountainous village of Mestia, Georgia. Picture taken during my visit in 2017. As I recall, I was having dinner in a nearby restaurant when a tree collapsed in this graveyard. The noise was so loud many people rushed over to see what had made such a commotion.
