It looks a lot like for pre-sale disbursement is we sue #supplyframe, but after sale, who? Does Tindie Inc even exist?
We all need to know as legal action is imminent.
Tell us the exact legal entity that operated Tindie before the sale.
Tell us the exact legal entity that now operates Tindie.
These should be clear on your pay slips.
We need to know who exactly to put on the court papers. And we need to know NOW!
Well I have tried to contact #supplyframe

To be clear, their emails said Tindie was a “brand” of supplyframe not separate legal entity. So yes, on that basis simplyframe owe me.
@tindie I know this is hard for you, but you can feed back to management and get answers.
1. I need to move away from #Tindie probably #shopify at this point.
2. I need balance paid by #Tindie or need to sue someone (probably #supplyframe) to get it.
If Tindie comes back then maybe, with like daily reimbursements even, we will carry on selling via Tindie, like maybe. But there is ZERO trust now.
To be clear, Tindie *was* good. Way more sane than #Amazon in so many ways.
This has cost us!
@tindie So #SupplyFrame have no interest now in Tindie? Was about to start emailing their directors.
The transition teams have royally screwed up - new owners have pretty much burnt all goodwill #Tindie still had remaining.
Trust is gone.
What about all the payouts many sellers are owed?
And even though all agreed the old site had issues - why not keep it going until new platform ready?
Absolutely no one does web development like this. Well except...
