I had a good vintage meet today, I took along consoles as the organiser wanted something as well as having retro computers.
Both the OG Xbox and US SNES worked fine all day. I even made a profit today selling off a computer and a laptop!

For those who are in Melbourne Australia, next Sunday (7/06) is the Computer Swap meet at the Darebin Community Sports Stadium, located at 857 Plenty Rd, Reservoir.
Opening times are usually 10am to 3pm.
As well as the usual vintage computer displays, the swap meet will be doing some vintage computer and parts sales/swaps as well.
I'll be there, displaying a couple of computers, I might go with an Atari theme this time.

It will be reassigned again to the Steam Museum in Swindon later today.

@littlealex @dinotron I think Tindie *was* the goto place for such stuff (apart from z80kits, obviously 😉 ) but it sold out recently to new owners that thought it was acceptable to take the website down for 8 days without any communication to sellers or customers, and not pay out to sellers.
A lot of sellers have set up shop on Lectronz as a safer alternative, and either closed their Tindie store or put it in to holiday mode until shit-show is over.

It currently works like this. You signup and add info on your shiny product, setup shipping details and ask Tindie to check it. Yay, your product got accepted, people can now look at and consider buying your product. The trap has now been set. You can now promote the listing, and wait until… The trap has been tripped! Should have products on @lectronz shortly. Getting first one on, and approved, and then will do all the API integration on it. Planning to move all @tindie stuff over, obviously. No idea if we'd ever trust Tindie to re-list on them or not, maybe one day.

The shipping rate stuff on lectronz is way better. I have been able to fine tune USA rates, and I'll be working through more detailed EU shipping rates soon as well.

It allows us to get really close to shipping at cost price
