I've been to #Spiel21 in Essen, the biggest boardgame fair in the world, together with my partner. We escalated a bit, this is our #loot from 4 days of winning and shopping #boardgames.
Some of them are meant as presents for parents, friends and other #boardgamepunks.
Apart from getting games we had a blast, playing and testing a lot, getting to know new games and trends and meeting people we already knew and didn't know. What a weekend!

Had two expansions on my list, but both base games aren't favorites in my group. I'll get them if that ever changes.

Short summary of my first day at #Spiel21:
- wanted to get #CthulhuWars since it's coming out in German. Asked at #Pegasus' booth, it's not available. Gotta check online early 2022.
- asked #Schwerkraft for #QuestForPlanetX. It's meant to be released in German too. Also arriving late and not available yet.
- asked #Corax for #Shamans. Not yet there, I should ask again tomorrow.
- picked up #GalaxyTrucker from #CzechGames.
- gonna get #HoustonWeHaveADolphin from #HYBR tomorrow

Übermorgen geht's nach #Spiel21. Bis vor ein paar Tagen hatte ich mich 0 vorbereitet, dachte ich lass' die Messe einfach auf mich wirken, und "mal sehen".
Dann ist mir eingefallen, dass ich das schonmal so gemacht hatte vor ein paar Jahren, und das hatte mich eigentlich ein bisschen überfordert.
Also Sonntag Abend doch mal die Listen durchgegangen.
Jetzt habe ich Zeug für etwa 600€, das ich gern hätte. 😐
Ob das nun besser oder schlechter ist, weiß ich auch nicht...
