Das is sicherlich nicht nur in Frankreich so, sondern Weltweit, überal und in vieler propritärer Software.
Daten fließen in Massen, was da genau alles fließt, weiß oft doch nur der Programmierer selbst. So wie bei allen großen Tek-Konzerne...
Die meisten Menschen wollen nichts wissen von Datenschutz, und verlassen sich auf ihren Staat und auf die EU.
Am ende ist das Jammern groß, wenn fest gestellt wird, dass sensieble Daten durch die ganze Welt tingeln, weil sie verkauft oder aus einer Sicherheitslücke geklaut wurden...
Und selbst daß lässt viele kalt und es wird argumentiert "ich hab ja nichts zu verbergen"...
Die selben Leute bekommen oft nicht mal mit, warum sie verschiedene Jobs nicht bekommen, Versicherungen ablehnen, bei der Wohnungssuche kaum eine Changse haben. Aber hauptsache Bequem, einfach und man muss sich nicht damit auseinander setzen.

@nextcloud this is all true, but I think it is likely that the EU Commission and EU parliament fold to the pressure of the dear US leader and Bigtech selling out privacy and freedom of EU citizens
