Inspired by the massive protests in Greece and @pluralistic ‘s #Homeland that highlights the importance of personal data protection in protests, we translated - and adapted to the Greek legislation - the @eff “attending a protest guide”.

This was a joint effort by the #SoftwareMakers #Association and #HomoDigitalis , two Greek #non_profit organisations that came to work together in this case to help citizens protect their digital identity.

Really excited to be heading out to our first #Linux / #LibreOffice #InstallFest , where we'll try to bring old desktops / laptops back to life, to donate to schools and other non-profits.

This not only helps folks empty their storage rooms, but #2ndhand hardware is also the best way to cover needs with no further impact on the #environment.

After several attempts to get the #Google workspace offering for #nonprofit_organization , we finally have that enabled for the #SoftwareMakers Association. 🎉

The verification process certainly wasn't the easiest - so good to finally have that out of the way!

I really wish more service providers had "For Nonprofits" offerings!
