The same confusion imo happened with #StarWars when it got sold. #Disney is simply not #GeorgeLucas. And even the remake crap like #SnowWhite, same company but different time, it means the people, the hierarchy, the tools, the team and the social interactions within it are going to be different. It's not as if Disney could have "kept its magic" because the 1937 Disney simply doesn't exist anymore
