Progress is progress, no matter the pace!

Progress means different things to different people, too.
For some, it means doing more, for others, doing less!
Some folk measure progress by what they have learned, or gained, or by how they have grown.

Progress is personal, and seeing our progress rarely benefits from the comparison game!

Try to judge YOUR progress by YOUR standards, not those imposed by others. Easier said than done, I know, but it is worth trying to see things that way!
