#FediTips: use hashtags, lots of 'em! Mastodon doesn't support keyword search on the text of posts (not sure about other fediverse software), so tags are a great way to get more eyes on your posts. Please use CamelCase so people with screenreaders can make sense of your tags (same with compound brand names etc). For your job offer post, I'd suggest stuff like #jobs, #JobOffer, #SituationsVacant, and of course #CivicTech.
