Nobody defending Elon's management decisions should ever be in charge of people.

If you fire people for disagreeing, you surround yourself with yes-men and liars.

If you evaluate software engineers on lines of code, you'll reward inefficiency and code bloat.

If you push people to work 12 hours a day, work quality will suffer and turnover will (quite rightly!) be huge.

This is going exactly as badly as he deserves.

I always have regrets when I’m in the 19 bus. Because Polk St is a car sewer. And that’s sad because the 19 is such an important bus service.

Polk St is a car sewer and that is why I prefer to be on my bike along it; unfortunately the bike lanes are also full of cars because Polk St is a car sewer. Close this damned street.

Mila is delighted to know about #tortietuesday. We adopted this giant tortie 4 years ago at Thanksgiving. She was 11 at the time and was in a kill shelter. She’s the most cuddly cat I’ve had and I love her so much! #catsofmastodon #cats
