This past week, my dad sold a small business he had been running for over three decades. The business was a 75-room motel, but it was more than just a small business.

This is the disgusting plate of food served for dinner here in the long term care/rehab facility where I'm currently living. And this is one of the "better" places, supposedly. How is one supposed to get better eating this crap?
