I got put on a "Voted for Hitler" list which strikes me as quite ironic as over the last two years my whole social media presence other than sharing climate actions has been trying to make the case that regardless of how imperfect Democrats are it is better to support them then to allow Republicans to get any more power.

@middleclasstool granted, unlike on #Shitter, #NSAbook and #ShitSky there are various features that make the #Fediverse inherently better allow for communities to be built that have their desired amount of (non-) federation, discovery and interconnect and their own rules and restrictions to suit them.

  • Thus it can suit the demands and needs of marginalized communities and -users way more and with an unrivaled level of granularity that may be overencumbering at first.

Then again there are various options in regards to both Servers and Clients and also comparably "no" #API restrictions...

  • OFC #accessibility is a major "under construction" area and needs to be vastly improved…
