Tonight’s #saturdaynightred is a wee Bourgogne Pinot Noir from one of my favourites, Mark Haisma.
A tasty red that worked well with a selection of chicken bits on the bbq.
This is the first of his 2019s I’ve opened and it tasted fruity & fresh. Yum ☺️
I’ve been buying Mark’s wines since his 2013 vintage and I think this is the year to finally crack into some of his older red wines that I’ve patiently left sleeping - watch this space 🍷
