I had a craving for a roast chicken dinner, so rustled up a roast chook with tarragon & mustard gravy, roast potatoes, simple onion stuffing and garlicky green beans 😍.
For me, there’s only ever one choice of wine to accompany roast chicken, White Burgundy, and this 2014 Saint Aubin from the brilliant Le Grappin was a perfect match. A great example which showcases how good 2014 was for whites. Happy Sunday ☺️

Les Suchots 2010 was absolutely singing. Comtes Lafon 2015 was also delicious, but would probably have benefited from another few years sleep.
